- Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be UNUSED, in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Limitations: Exchanges are limited to color or size variations of the same product.

- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Handling Fee: A 80 EGP HANDLING FEE will be deducted from the refund amount or charged in case of exchange.
